TMM was previously known as Tucson Metropolitan Ministry and began in 1974 as a social services outreach of various local churches, United Way, and other entities.
TMM has assisted in the development and growth of now independent organizations like the Community Food Bank, Miracle Square Apartments, and Travelers Aid...
Some 400 volunteers have donated their time and services as receptionists, drivers, construction workers, sorting clothing, mailing assistants, warehouse workers, tutors, and etc...
In April 2011 TMM was awarded a grant from the Arizona Department of Housing worth $742,000.00! These funds go beyond the recently completed Capital Campaign that generated more than $3,400,000.00. What an exciting future ahead for TMM!

As we celebrate this Season of Joy and celebration, we want to remind you that there is a way you can support TMM Family Services and reduce your Arizona tax liability.
Through the Arizona Charitable Tax Credit for the Working Poor you can receive a dollar-for-dollar tax credit for your contribution to TMM Family Services, Inc. Married couples filing jointly can give up to $400.00 and individuals can give up to $200.00. Whatever you give can be deducted from the final amount you owe, or added to your refund on your 2011 Arizona tax return.
