MISSION STATEMENT

Seeking guidance from God and in partnership with congregations of all faiths in Southern Arizona, the mission of TMM is to:

*Serve at risk children, families and seniors;

*Develop appropriate services utilizing volunteers and professionals;

*Act as a catalyst for positive change;

*Engage congregations to expand community outreach;

*Develop new and ongoing resources for quality ministry

Through TMM’s Housing programs which include financial literacy and homebuyer education and counseling, down payment/closing costs assistance, and owner occupied housing rehabilitation assistance, approximately 250 households are served annually.

TMM's First Time Homebuyer Program helps moderate income families purchase their first home. Money is available to assist families with down payment, closing costs and rehabilitation of the house they purchase. TMM is able to provide up to $3,000 of down payment assistance or up to 100% of the closing costs. As of mid 2005, TMM has helped over 200 families purchase their first home.

We have received praise from the families we serve as indicated by these quotes from their thank you notes.
  • "We couldn't have reached this goal without your help"

  • "We can't thank you enough for helping make our dream a reality"
