TMM Board Member Profiles – 2009 Becky Noel 
Becky Noel began with the Tucson Police Dept in Nov of 1996. She was in patrol until Jan 2004. She then restarted the Crime Free Multi-Housing Program which deals with all of the rental properties, and Neighborhood Watch. She also teaches personal safety and does security surveys for both residential and commercial properties. She sits on several boards around the City and one that is an international board. She enjoys riding her motorcycle and usually goes for a two week motorcycle vacation every year. Gerry Costa  Gerry Costa is one of the newest TMM Board Members, though he is not new to TMM. Gerry has served our country in the United States Navy and was a teacher before coming to Arizona. Gerry started as a Houseparent for one of our Children’s Village group homes. He worked one on one with boys ages 3 to 17 for two years. Gerry is passionate is all that he does. He currently is one of the top Executive Sales Associate for Coldwell Banker. Gerry has two beautiful young daughters and met his wife, Gabriella, at TMM Family Services, where she was also formerly employed for three years. Board of Directors Honorary President: Rev.
