TMM Family Services, Inc. has CDBG Grant Funds available up to $4,999.00 per home for minor rehabilitation owner occupied homes within the city of Tucson.

PROGRAM SPECIFICATIONS

Income Guidelines

• All potential clients must have gross annual income equal to or less than the following:

Note:  For families larger than 6 persons, income guidelines are available upon request.

Home Parameters & Eligibility

• The home must be located within Tucson City limits.
• The home must be owner-occupied.
• The repairs may include structural and roof repairs, as well as correction of health and safety hazards such as ruptured water, sewer and gas lines.  Disability modifications such as construction of ramps and installation of grab bars may also be done.
• The home must be free and clear of any judgments as evidenced by title search.
• Proof of Homeowners Insurance must be in place and the property cannot be in a flood plain. Homeowners must not have liquid cash assets exceeding $10,000.00
• The owner(s) must be current with the mortgage (if applicable).
• Taxes should be current. 

Home Inspection

• Licensed and certified building inspectors, in consultation with TMM staff & the homeowners, will determine what repairs to make.
• Licensed and certified inspectors are priority under this Rehabilitation assistance program.

·        $25.00 application fee which allows TMM to pre-qualify rehabilitation clients
