TMM is accepting
job applications for Children’s Village
Relief House parents. This position provides direct care & supervision for
4-6 children aged 3-16. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age (insurance
reasons), be mature, responsible, able to be loving & nurturing while
maintaining consistent adherence to policies & procedures, have a clean driving
record and the ability to pass a background clearance, be ready & willing to
complete a rigorous (paid) training program and have at least one year’s
verifiable experience working with children. A high school diploma is required;
college is a plus. We welcome applications from males or females. Wages,
following successful completion of training, are $8.50-$10.00 per hour depending on
experience and education. The need is for relief house parents who are available
to work weekends (including overnight shifts and Sundays) and some weekdays.

Volunteers
Almost all of our programs offer volunteer opportunities some of which are
listed below. Our office manager is happy to receive your calls answer all your
questions. You may also stop by our administrative office to visit with our
receptionist and fill out a volunteer application or e-mail the
Volunteer Coordinator.
Most immediate need: Receptionist duties at our administrative office. These are approximately 4 hour shifts in the afternoons from 1:00 - 4:30 PM. Duties include greeting our visitors and clients, and answering the phone (4-line) and transferring calls. You can volunteer one day a week, two days a month, or whatever time you can give. All volunteer time is greatly appreciated.
Children's Village volunteers are needed to: tutor the children during the school year; tutor children on computers; assist with outings; teach arts & crafts; give swimming lessons; read stories; give haircuts and perms in our campus beauty salon; provide refreshments for birthday parties, etc. For more information please call our office at (520) 322-9557
Transitional Housing volunteer Leaders are needed for self-improvement workshops that would be held on Monday Evenings at the group sessions.
On-Call volunteer drivers using their own vehicles to pickup donations, especially those from establishments going out of business or remodeling.
