Mission Vista Apartments were opened in February 2001. This 80 unit complex is a semi-gated community for low to moderate income level families.

Those interested in renting must fill out an application to verify eligibility, and return the application with a certified check for $15 to cover the application fee. Section 8 housing applicants are welcome to apply
