TMM Family Services, Inc. depends on the amazing and dedicated individuals who donate their time and support to aid in the fulfillment of the TMM mission. Because of the variety of programs that it offers, TMM has a volunteer need that encompasses a diverse skill set and talent. The positions currently available are the following:
- Volunteer Assistant for TMM's Whole Home Residential Rehabilitation Program - In partnership with the City of Tucson, TMM manages the rehabilitation process of homes for eligible low-income, owner occupied residences. The goal is to increase the overall health and safety for families by providing the financial and technical assistance needed to make these improvements. Volunteer tasks include painting, landscaping, cleaning, etc.
- Volunteer Handy Man - TMM's main campus consists of 8.5 acres where they provide safe housing to our community's most disadvantaged individuals. Volunteer tasks include landscaping, painting, cleaning, etc.
- Volunteer ReStore/Community Closet Assistant - Through a voucher system, TMM's Community Closet distributes free clothing and bedding to the clients referred by other nonprofits, government agencies and religious communities. Volunteer tasks include sorting through and stocking of donation items.
